We're pleased to publish other people's articles on our website, if they are relevant to our field and appropriate to our audience.

If you're interested in submitting an article, please do the following:

Before sending your article e-mail Jenny Stayne at webmaster@futurelab.org.uk with a brief outline of the subject of your article. If it's accepted you'll be asked to submit the article to us in full.

Please note the following guidelines:

• length - articles are usually 500-1,000 words long
• summary - please provide us with a separate 30-50 word summary for the intro page
• links - it's helpful if you can list any links at the end of the article, rather than including them in the body text
• contact e-mail address - if you're happy for people to contact you after reading your article, let us know and we'll include your e-mail address
• images - please send any accompanying images in jpg or gif format
• editing - we reserve the right to edit material
• copyright - unless you make a request for your article to be listed as an exception, it will fall under the general terms of Futurelab's Open Access Licence - see open access policy for details.
